SKIPPER COOKIES

Ingredients:

2 sticks butter

1 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 eggs

2 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 1/2 cups Vermont Nut Free's Skippers

Mix everything together. Put the dough in the fridge while you heat the oven to 375 degrees. Scoop out the cookies whichever way you prefer. Bake for 8 mins if you like them softer. Bake for 10 mins if you like them firmer.
